Cultural change within the bank.

The Challenge: The leadership team at Asia Development Bank wanted to embed and sustain behavioural science insights and intervention design across the APAC region and drive cultural change within the bank.

The Behavioural Programme:

Cowry created a 7-week-long programme of learning using content from our award-winning academy to upskill the ADB  team.

We trained 8 cohorts of ADB employees in the Core E-Learning and a Behavioural Science Masterclass programme in video learning sessions across the region.

  • Core E-Learning - Designed for Psychology novices, our award-winning and CPD-accredited e-learning course provided the team with a window into the exciting world of behavioural science.

  • Masterclass Training - our bespoke, 6-week, virtual and classroom-based programme used behavioural science to take their organisation to the next level.

  • Practitioner Course - This programme teaches ADB how to accelerate growth through the application of behavioural science. They will receive tailored support to facilitate their own behavioural science experiments.

    The Results:

    We’ve received excellent feedback from the client and have continued to work with ADB on similar training programmes over the last 18 months. 

  • 64 Scholars - completed foundation e-learning, creating a shared language

  • 8x8 cohorts graduated from the Masterclass programme
